Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering Terra Soothe.

30-day returns for unopened products. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email info@terra-soothe.com. Returns ship to: 10240 Rosecrans Ave Suite 700, Bellflower, CA 90706. We’ll send a return label and instructions once your request is approved. Items sent back without a request first won’t be accepted.

Opened personal-care items. For hygiene reasons, opened jars generally can’t be restocked or returned. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong.

Exchanges
The fastest path is to return an eligible unopened item, then place a new order for what you want.

Refunds
