Terra Soothe Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Terra Soothe.

We carefully hand-pack every order with the same attention and care that goes into formulating our natural Muscle & Joint Salve. Your order is prepared in small batches in California and shipped with protective, eco-conscious packaging so it arrives safely and ready to support your body’s own healing processes.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. During busy periods, product launches, or high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship primarily via USPS for reliable, affordable delivery:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Typically delivers in 2–7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail (available as an upgrade at checkout) — Typically delivers in 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple flat-rate shipping with a free shipping threshold to make it easy and rewarding to stock up:

  • Orders under $100: $7.81 flat rate shipping
  • Orders of $100 or more: FREE shipping

(You can adjust these amounts later in your Shopify shipping settings once you finalize your exact rates and strategy.)

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses (via USPS).

We do not offer international shipping at this time due to varying regulations on hemp-derived wellness products.

Order Tracking

Tracking is included with every order at no extra charge. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility. You can also view tracking in your account dashboard.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@terra-soothe.com.

We’ll work directly with USPS to resolve the issue and will gladly replace your order or issue a full refund.
